HISTORY
The Irish Mob, An organisation founded by King Jacob in the 1960's. The group was initially formed to Protect each other and to protect loved ones and family, nonetheless to also earn enough money to support them while doing so. That included participating in legal or illegal things. Robbing, Stealing, Homicide, etc. However, As time went the group members started to get more known until other gangs became jealous of the rise of these members. King Jacob aka as the founder of the organisation had a bounty on his head for 1.5 million dollars just because of the groups upcoming! This got so significant that other states and countries started to fear from their local child-like gangs all because of an amateur gang. Regardless, these members started a revolution. After this King Jacob started looking for alliances with gangs in the 1970's but had no luck until 1979. The Irish Mob had many enemies unfortunately for them it came down to where even the Narcos betrayed the 5 year alliance in 1983 due to money and selfishness. The Narcos backstabbing led to the members of the Irish Mob turning to have no allies. The Irish Mob has been under the radar ever since the betrayal which started in 1983. In spite of the fact that it was true there have been multiple sights of seeing people known to the police. Police are now identifying them as the Irish Mob until any further notice.
MOB BOSS
The Mob Boss is the leader and founder of the whole organisation what he says goes!
CHIEF COMMANDANT
The Chief commandant is the second hand man to the mob boss but a chiefs main job is being a shooter/hitman!
WARLORD
A Warlord is in-charge of helping the other ranks get ready for battles,raids,robberys etc!
TORTURER
The torturer is in-charge of kidnappings, locating and homicide (in ghetto, sandy/paleto or events)!
DEPUTY TORTURER
Deputy torturer is the assistant, backup for the head torturer!
INFLUENCER
Influencer's help to find new people to join the mob, if they have what it takes!
CHARITY COLLECTOR
This is the lowest rank in the mob, they usually do basic tasks like steal cars, help with robberys and collect money from businesses!

2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
I recently created the Irish Mob family and i would like to lead it as an unofficial/private organisation as I have spent a long time in the city and believe I have what it takes to create this organisation and maintain a high level standard of role-play.
- The main reason I want to create this organisation is to give people more options away from gangs/legal organisations my plans for this organisation involve an in depth application which will divide people into who can follow and understand rules and others who can't meaning that the organisation will only include members with a great understanding of the rules and high role-play standards!
- Another reason I would like to lead this organisation is that my personal role-play standard is good for the most part and I would like to help people to do the same and avoid making mistakes and getting in trouble, I feel like it could be a great organisation to be in as I plan to treat everyone with fairness and respect!
- The last reason I want to be leader of this organisation is, there are new unofficial organisations and people are applying everyday i am taking my opportunity to secure the Irish Mob/Mafia before i'm to lat and I think I am the best option for this family/unofficial org.
As stated above, my advice in general and for this organisation would be to maintain a detailed quiz along with specific training to make sure that all role-play is keeping a high standard to avoid issues.
