Okay First thing Look at the date POV is invalid its more than 48 hours . Another thing NG there is a really big difference Between taking hostage and robbing and just saying open radio and say Marbunta on top . I think you should read all Gen Rules again GR 6.25 must.

I have gone over this body cam footage and also over the report now this report and body cam is actually valid due to the fact when it comes to making a report it is an OC issue no not ic issue so therefore a report can be put in after the 24-hour. On top of this because they is no case alright the body cam footage is actually valid now in saying this a massive rule break of

Gen rule 6.25 -> It is forbidden to rob/kidnap people on the territory of Fort Zancudo(National Guard).
First of all, the "territory" of Fort Zancudo is the base and the base only. If you don't know the borders of the base let me tell you. It's basically the whole base up till the barriers. Once passed the barriers, that's not your base anymore. Secondly, if you wanna reference the zones of the base go ahead, but I'll set it straight here - once you passed those barricades, you can be taken as hostage, robbed etc.

To address Ghetto Rule 1.12 -> If a person complies with given demands its not allowed to kill them.
Clearly states the word "kill", does not state anything else relating to "you cant shoot them". And in the POV, I don't see him being killed (unconscious) after demands were given.

At this point, NG is doomed if even their high commands don't know basic rules.

First thing Gen rule 6.25 say you can not rob or kidnap and we haven't done that . Second you talking about 1.12 see the video clearly we didn't killed him when we said run but one more guy said stop he should stop but he ran away we just scared him with bullets . Now last but not the least bodycam still invalid . It doesn't matter its an Ic report or ooc how can you even post a video in IC use mind you can keep it for 2 days and its way passed
