Amidst a corrupt force, he navigated moral dilemmas, balancing justice and survival. His occupation led to a dangerous game, as Harrison past threatened exposure of his past life in Italy of organized crime in the mafia as a crime boss. While inside this mafia he meet Scarlett Goodman, a cunning and beautiful mob moll who soon became his wife. As they continued to run the streets of Napoli a rival gang was in the mist of taking over so they fled to start a new life in Los Santos.
Career Story: As Scarlett and Harrison arrived in to Los Santos they had the idea of turning there lives around and joined the San Andreas Highway patrol. Longing for the excitement of their past in Italy. Eventually, the duo decided to embrace a different path, transitioning into a life of insider crime. Leveraging their law enforcement background, they decided to become corrupt carefully avoiding detection. The perceived shortcomings of the legal system and frustrations with bureaucratic constraints pushed them towards alternative means of achieving their goals. Their criminal pursuits expanded, creating a balance between the thrill of their illicit activities and the constant risk of exposure. The clear line between law enforcement and crime became blurred as Scarlett and Harrison navigated the complexities of their dual careers.

2. Harrison can break IC laws due to the corruption not breaking any OCC rules.
