Event Script: All legal org High commands will have a meeting, They will discuss how crime has increased in Los Santos, and the conclusion will be that they will pass a law which prohibits all kinds of illegal activities. As gangs and unofficial families get word they will all attack FIB HQ, They will give demands to stop the meeting and bribe a huge amount, it is upon the leaders that will accept to take bribes or go the other way(pass the law).
