I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I've encountered with my GTA V account on the EN3 server. Unfortunately, my Epic Games account was hacked, but I took the initiative to purchase a new GTA V account on Steam to continue enjoying the game.
I played on this new account for approximately 6-7 days and then took a break from the game. Upon returning after a 2-3 month hiatus, I was shocked to discover that my account had been banned for gr1.1. Regrettably, my attempts to contact the administrators have gone unanswered.
I want to emphasize that I was unaware of any violations on my account, and the circumstances surrounding my original Epic Games account being compromised were beyond my control. I genuinely love playing on the EN3 server, and I am reaching out to request your in lifting the ban on my account.
I understand the importance of maintaining a fair gaming environment and assure you that I had no intention of violating any rules. If there is any additional information or evidence required to support my form, please let me know, and I will provide it promptly.
