Childhood: Skorpean Was born in a Poor Family in Los Angeles. His Dream was to became a police officer, When he was a child he tried his best to pursue his dream. Getting motivated from his parents and police officers he aimed to be A Law enforcement officer one day. But because of his family problems and financial issues he had to suffer a lot.
Career Story : Even with a lot of financial and family problems, Skorpean didnt stop. He joined The LSPD and Became a Elite SWAT Officer Under The Lead of Mackaveli Omar with his brilliant skills and tactics. Later he got promotion to higher ranks due to his hard work. Now he is using his SWAT Training and LSPD Training to Help his financial problems.
1- Zain can lie about his identity to anyone when he thinks he can get caught.
2- Zain can carry org stuff off duty but not for personal use.
3- Zain can kill People On duty / off duty if they are not complying with him ( no rdm).
