Event Script : Due to a spike in the crime rate in the state, government authorities have become aware of the criminal faction's growing influence across the state. The city of Los Santos has been experiencing unprecedented levels of crime, which has led authorities to identify it as the biggest national issue. To combat this, they have decided to unite and take action by launching a new operation called "Reign of Terror." The aim of this operation is to put an end to the ongoing criminal activities and restore peace and order in the state.

Description:- The Higher up of the state will issue a execution order of all the criminal faction leader and it will go on like this- FIB/LSPD/SAHP/NG will be united on this operation and will gather up in a safe location following the operation (it will be classified and wont be disclosed to anyone except FIB leader and their deputies) they will form a convey and will get maximum reinforcements as possible for this operation, they will directly go to each criminal faction eliminating their members and most importantly their faction leader with this act they will able to eliminate all the threats of state and of its citizens. (State will have sight on shoot order)
How it works for Gangs:-

Description:- The gangs will not be notified about this operation until it is taking place. To counter this, they would need to gather in their own headquarters and protect their faction leader and HQ from state employees and their attack towards them.
Note:-
The objective for State:- Eliminate all the criminals and their faction leader during the operation
The objective for Gangs:- Protect their HQ and their faction leader from the attack
The Rules:- Will be discussed during further planning meeting.
