Rejected UB parking + unrealistic behaviour | 297635

Everyday Caeser Shelby and his family members blocks all paths of the road and entrances for unknown reason. I contacted today and Admin Jessica Odds said ub parking blocking roads is illegal , I requested for admins to check but they were busy at the moment . I waited and the guy came .When I told him that I told admins to check his ub parking then he moved vehicles and dhot me . Admin Lazer white told me to post in forum with pov so I am posting this. I hope admins will find a solution.
