James Franko (ID - 27761) was going in infinite circles, which makes them impossible to kill. This is to be considered as PowerGaming as far as the definition of PG explains. Please can we have some action on this so people stop doing this. Races have been going on for like 40-50mins. Just because all of them are doing infinite circles. And this is not the first time. I explained it to him and his friend already, but they continue doing that.

i dont think i should be jailed for admin's fault in telling me the rules because i complained about the same thing day before yesterday and they rejected it by telling me its a strat from gta online and if its ruled that its powergaming i ll make sure that doesnt happen again.
