Life Story:
David was a rough kid who got mixed up with some bad dudes in his Los Santos neighborhood. He started stealing whips and living the fast life in his teens. When he got busted boosting a ride, he realized he didn't wanna end up like his deadbeat friends.
Eager to bounce from his past, David signed up for the police academy and finished at the top of his class. The cops noticed his drive and brought him on as a rookie pig. At first, he was gung-ho about making a difference and all that. but after a few months riding solo the power and pull that comes with the badge started giving him ideas. and It wasn't long before David saw opportunities to get his beak wet on the sly.
Career Story:
by the book - responding to calls, writing tickets, locking up the bad guys. But it wasn't long before he realized there were uh, other perks to the job. Local drug dealers and pimps soon found that a few bucks slipped to David meant he'd conveniently forget to see them breaking the rules and and as time passed, the new cop got more and more used to easy money and looking the other way.
Eventually David was practically running his own crooked empire inside the department. He'd plant evidence, make up charges to put away guys he didnt like get rough with suspects who mouthed off. He built up a nice little network of shady cops to help cover his tracks. As far as he was concerned, he was untouchable - the law was whatever he said it was.
But then a deal went south and David caught a bullet from a pissed off gang banger. While laid up in the hospital, Internal Affairs started sniffing around, quickly uncovering the rot and corruption festering under David's badge. Faced with losing everything the disgraced cop skipped town, always glancing over his shoulder wondering when his past would catch up to him.
Outcomes:
1 . David an refuse to present his ID when requested.
2. David can break IC laws due to the corruption not breaking any OCC rules.
3. David can use his power to help his friends in escaping from prison and or removing them from the wanted list.
4. David can receive bribes of up to $100,000.
5. David can attempt to break individuals body cameras by using /try to find the bodycam and /do to destroy it. Twice per)
6. David can use illegal firearms both on and off duty.
