2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1: Due to a genuine passion for law enforcement.Since I started my carrier as a LEO in SAHP claimed ranks so fast as I'm a quick Learner.And I like this kind of RP.I have experience of HC in SAHP , I have done everything in another project as a part of SAHP. I wanted to establish an inclusive and approachable atmosphere, dedicated to assisting all residents and visitors in their exploration of San Andreas. The central focus of SANANDREAS HIGHWAY PATROL initiative is to create a safer environment by addressing issues like illegal parking, reckless driving on our highways, and ensuring a visible police presence with patrol cars throughout the county In SAHP JURISIDICTION.
2: I want to make sure SAHP becomes the No.1 org in the city as it has the potential, I want to make sure my HRT are always recruiting so we have mass numbers Online at various times in a day.
3: I want to make sure SAHP is a Friendly work environment. But also has a strict Strike system so that we can deal with Corruption Swiftly and quickly as one thing i hate in my org is corruption due to people being idiotic.
4) In LEO orgs there is always Favourtism, In My org this will not occur and Anyone being favourtised will be punished according to system listed above in part (3). Reason for this is so i have a clean, non corrupted and fair organisation for People to join.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
various entities within the city not only enriches our roleplay experiences but also bolsters our capacity to manage substantial operations. It goes beyond the boundaries of uniforms, forging a strong sense of teamwork and camaraderie among all involved. This collaborative approach also paves the way for shared training opportunities that ultimately benefit the entire city and its citizens. The synergy created by these partnerships enhances our effectiveness and the overall well-being of the citizen we serve.
-Work better with other Leo’s better communication is key more leader meetings is a must and so is joint training this will help all orgs better there rp as there will be more rp interactions which can help the city.
a) To improve RP level in organization I will hire the best HRT's to not only train people and let them know what are the rules of SAHP but also how to do RP. A lot of the time it seems like we are doing the right thing but we were wrong as per server and rp rules. HRT's will train them for situation how to handle them, what we can do what we can't all these things.
b) I believe we should establish a clear learning path for those aiming for long-term law enforcement careers, spanning from Cadet to Assistant Sheriff. This way, trooper's can experience continuous growth and understand the areas they need to enhance. By investing in our officers, we can expect great results.
c) I will make new departments for Highway patrol,Under cover troopers,Special Weapons and Tactics Group,Mountain patrol,Air 1 patrol,PR departments to organise events etc....
d) And last, we can make it appear much nicer and cleaner. I would also like to make the convoys and events more realistic.
