Approved Non RP Driving + RDM | 134740

[Johny Pluxury]

I called a taxi from Hotel to License Plates store. This person with ID 134740 came to pick me. I noticed him not driving on the path but taking car on other road to increase the money amount in taxi meter. A bit is also there in the body cam provided.

When he dropped me, I was talking with him about why he was driving like this. By mistake, I kicked his car but he came out of his car, started punching me.
