1. Leader of EMS
2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
- I want to be the leader of EMS because its my aspiration to lead EMS after three terms i am committed to improving emergency medical services, my accumulated experience and expertise and willing to mentor others has established good relationship within the EMS community. I have a vision for the future, and a drive for innovation in the field.
I would also like to acknowledge the all past Chiefs' dedication and enthusiasm for doing such great work during their respective terms but certain things can always be improved or worked on to achieve higher goals and set new standards.

After becoming the leader of EMS, I would like to bring in the following changes to EMS:

Diverse Recruitment and Inclusivity
Diverse recruitment and inclusivity are essential for fostering a workplace that values and respects individual differences.
Implement unbiased hiring practices to ensure a fair selection process.

Enhanced Training Programs
Training programs are crucial for employee development, skill enhancement, and adapting to evolving industry trends.
Identify skill gaps through regular assessments and performance reviews.
Foster a culture of continuous learning to encourage employees to take ownership of their development

Team Building
Effective team building enhances communication, collaboration, and trust among team members.
Encourage open communication and establish clear expectations within the team.
Recognize and celebrate team achievements to boost morale and motivation

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

- Role-playing can be a valuable tool enhancing creativity, and improving problem-solving abilities.

Training and Workshops:
Organize Training Sessions:
Conduct regular training sessions focused on role-playing scenarios relevant to EMS. This could include interactions, conflict resolution, or leadership scenarios.
Clear Objectives and Scenarios:
Clearly outline the objectives of each role-playing exercise. Ensure players understand the skills or behaviors being targeted.
Realistic Scenarios:
Develop role-playing scenarios that closely resemble real-life situations employees might encounter. This adds relevance and helps participants apply their learning to practical situations.
Feedback and Debriefing:
Provide constructive and specific feedback after each role-playing session. Focus on both strengths and areas for improvement. Encourage a positive and growth-oriented mindset.
Encourage Creativity and Innovation:
Foster an open-minded and non-judgmental environment that encourages creativity. This helps participants feel more comfortable taking risks and trying out new approaches during role-play.
Variety in Scenarios:
Introduce a variety of scenarios to challenge participants and stimulate creative problem-solving.
Integrate Role-Playing into Regular Activities:
Integrate short role-playing exercises into regular team meetings. This helps make role-playing a consistent part of the organizational culture.
Recognition and Rewards:
Recognize and acknowledge individuals or teams who demonstrate exceptional skills or improvements in role-playing. This creates positive reinforcement and motivates others to actively participate.
