Dear Sir or Madam,



We founded a party which one is known under the name [Die Freien Wähler] on 19. February 2022 with in that time only 10 Members.



We were informed that we must reach the number of members of 20, this was followed by other instructions for the approval of our party. Which one we were following.



We were now rejected on the grounds that our foreword was written off by the CDU [German Party]

This is unfortunately incorrect, which is true that we used this as a template but nevertheless even restructured it.

The entire remaining party program was written by our site without any help or template.

We were rejected on the grounds, I quote: “after considering your application, I was very familiar with your introduction. Since you haven't even made your own text bother to write, I will hereby reject your party advertisement. You can try again at the next election.”



This is banal for us, and an incomplete reasoning!

The problem here is that another party (which does not reach the number of members) has been approved.

also we have the prove that the admin acts unfair against us for reasons that he has supported friends in the other party, which is known.

The proof is: setting the person (Kasper Hekmatyar (now Governor) as Ass. Admin without any application.

We ask for help and hope to receive positive feedback.

I hired Kasper as Assistant, Nico is not authorized to hire new administrators. (First wrong Statement of yours and only "prove" you can provide.) Also Kasper is not part of staff since weeks.
In this complainment there are a lot of information without any evidence.
I just wanna remember you that missleading information / spreading these wrong information can lead to hard punishment.

In overall, admin was acting according to server rules and I don't see any violations. You know the rules and you didn't comply with rules. Administrator has right to get remaining ppl in party, but copy pasting is fully forbidden. Even in the world it can lead to problems with a law.​
