Why do you want to be a leader of LSPD?
1. I Want to become leader of LSPD because this is my home! I have extensive time with this organization, I have learned so much over the course of my terms! Throughout my time I have had many doors open up with other organizations but I always seem to find my way back with the LSPD Family! I have held many high command positions throughout my career. I have achieved goals placed each term and been appointed Chief Of Staff of both SWAT and Traffic enforcement! The experience gained along my journey has given me a following I never knew existed! My demeanor has changed completely. In result I have developed a passion no words can ever describe for not only LSPD but the city of Los Santos! I strive to succeed, maintain composure and will give every bit of my heart to those who are in Organizations! My knowledge, understanding and overall love for LSPD is the reason I have decided to post this here today. While I continue to tell myself not to I need to do this for myself and my fellow members of LSPD. I take pride in my work and will continue to lead by example and share my experience with my fellow collogues!
3. To start I will Focus on activity! This has been a struggle we all face, it’s time to provide an exciting experience while maintaining balance. Time after time we have lack of units on during early morning hours. Adding a roster full of variety we can, not only ensure we have units available all hours, but open the door for those who wish to start a career with LSPD. I want to involve everyone and strive to never turn away the citizens of Los Santos! Creating an atmosphere where every voice is heard and all ideas are gathered! I will implement a balanced team filled with equal passion and many opportunities to grow! I will give my full attention to construct a well organized team filled with the best units possible!
What is my advise on improving the RP in LSPD.
Favoritism has been said time and time again, I will not stray from this. Everyone should be given the opportunity to prove they have what it takes to lead. Past terms have been great but I have sometimes felt on my own.. The leaders have seemed to only focus on those they have a friendship with leaving others out! I want all my units to achieve my position someday. I’ve asked many questions during my career and received minimal response. Leaving myself to feel unfit and left out. We should all be treated equally regardless of position! No one will be left unheard. While past experience is important I believe that working closely with those who join and assisting them in advancement, providing them the tools and knowledge they need to achieve success. This will improve moral within our organization leading to an unmatched Role-Play Experience. I will create an environment where everyone feels not only welcomed but understands the seriousness behind the position they hold and wish to achieve. Myself and my colleagues will share the skills and knowledge of what it takes to be on top! We will work together and improve our involvement with other organizations, and ensure we are ready for all criminal activity. Thus creating a safer city for all to enjoy! Lastly I will strive to avoid all conflict not only with legal organizations but Gangs and Families will not to be left out. Everyone deserves to have a voice, we are all the same regardless of position! It’s important we maintain a professional attitude and show nothing but respect to everyone! We must always maintain our composure, share feedback and always lead by example!
Departments:
Human Resources and Training :
HRT will be the first department to have a full roster, It is crucial we place those in place to train and hire those who have full understanding of all rules within the state. They will welcome those who wish to join while properly conducting interviews. They will follow a strict process and ensure everyone has all the training they need. They will have a rotating shift that encourages a balance of activity all hours of the day.
Public relations:
PR will be used to involve the community, They will work together and organize fun filled events with max attendance. They are to encourage everyone, gather new ideas and create exciting events, giving the city an unforgettable experience!
Internal Affairs:
IA will conduct regular activity, body-cam, license, and log checks. This will help mitigate those who show lacking effort, professional conduct, and poor example. They will conduct these checks regularly and create case files for review. Cases will be held at a high standard, all punishments given must have the proper evidence needed. They will be fair to everyone and provide feedback to those in question! Internal affairs will implement a strict policy while providing great balance! They will work closely with all departments across all organizations and ensure they issue proper verbals, strikes, and or removals ( if necessary ). Allowing us to avoid future mistakes and give everyone an equal opportunity to reflect!
Traffic Enforcement:
This department will focus on keeping all areas of the city clean. They will conduct tow raids, checkpoints, speed traps and various other duties! This department will provide a fun experience for everyone and be rewarded. They will continue to provide a safer environment for those traveling to and from the city. With help from all units across LSPD we can better address vehicle abandonment at our most popular areas. They will focus on issuing proper fines, tickets, and impound vehicles throughout the city. They will log there work correctly and focus on avoiding incorrect documentation! This team will step up and assist HRT in training incoming staff to ensure all have the correct knowledge and understanding of all traffic laws.
Swat:
Swat is responsible for using only the best tactics to assist with all situations! They will conduct trainings with other Organizations closely and develop a relationship giving them the tools they need to improve and handle all situations with ease! They will assist in leading situations while implementing strategic plans, giving all the best chance for survival!
Undercover:
This department will focus on collecting evidence of criminal activity. They will perform drug busts, search for cannabis, and document illegal operations that puts everyone at risk. The team will work closely with other legal organizations and ensure Los Santos stays safe! Our undercover agents will stay discrete and be filled with those of full trust and knowledge to avoid blowing their cover!
District Attorneys:
District Attorneys will be chosen wisely to ensure everyone is protected and free from mistakes. they will have all knowledge and full understanding of all laws and regulations within the state! They will work close with all departments and Organizations, review cases, make sure correct punishments are given and submit any information needed to arrest warrants!
