First of all it doesn't mean that if i told you come out from your vehicle its mean i arrest you. I don't know which type of knowledge you and your friend have.
You was driving in the opposite lane+ over speeding so as a leo i wanted to fine you for that. It doesn't mean if you have going to your event then you can do anything.
