let me explain the problem from the beginning
arfter i submit my leader application for national guard Ayush came to dm and said "your name is ub"
i said ok and gave him a new name and change it for "Free"
then when we was in PH jessica came and we talked about my name that i had to change it becs ayush said its ub
jessica said its not becs she know people who their first names are "Lord",
and she change it back to lord marshal and said if anyone says that it ub let him talk to me.
at the interview harvery and ayush said that your name is ub i told them that "admin" jessica change it and she said that is not ub but they didnt care about it
and rejected my interview (to be more specific they didnt gave me a chance to give it) becuase i didnt go and "pay" to change my name in time.
So, there is couple of point need to mention.
first that ayush changed my name for the first time for free and he could change it again but didnt
second that after the admin ayush did changed my name a knowledged admin came and change it back
third the problem between admins not me like one changed my name to something i dont want to and another came and fix the problem
and as they admins between themselves they can handle the poroblem by just change my name and all will be good
fourth they didnt do even a little research about if they right or wrong

maybe there is not need to make application for leader and let the curators bring anyone they want and send the others to trash
this behavior is abusing the image of grand rp project
and dont misunderstand if they took my interview and someone else was better iam ok with that , i say it was a good competition and keep playing
like a have been playing in this project for years and in general rp severs played for 6 years and this is the first time i hear that my name is ub
i am using this name from 13 years till this moment.
so How will I be compensated when they have chosen a leader?
they didnt let me give interview just becs they lazy to be knowledged little bit to understand if they doing right or not.
i just want as any player if he give application and get approved to give interview and get a chance to be leader
