2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organisation? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1. I want to be leader of LSPD because after having multiple terms experience in LSPD, FIB, SAHP and GOV I feel confident that I can now lead SAHP. I also feel confident that I have the ability to lead SAHP as when I was DA for LSPD I have seen internally the good and the bad. I mainly saw that LSPD can be improved in multiple ways which includes the legal side which I plan to have consistent as I see leaders struggle with this. I have held high command across multiple legal organisations and with this experience I think I can overall increase the level of RP in the organisation and lead 2 very successful terms.
2. I want to create a well made high command team that is deserving of their ranks as I have seen in multiple organisations that high command teams in certain departments are sometimes lacking and I plan to fix this by hiring high commands that have great experience within organisations and could lead their departments successfully without any troubles.
3. Finally, I wish to overall increase the missing activity in LSPD as we have seen in the past terms LSPD has been falling in activity when it comes I plan to fix this by making sure HRT is active throughout day and night and is available to help out officers at all times along with me and my deputies. I also plan to make TE more active as I have seen that recently in the past few terms their activity has greatly fallen off and are rarely seen out towing but I plan to redesign this department to include better bonuses and more.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organisation.
1. I plan to improve the roleplay of the organisation by making sure every single officer uses proper RP commands since I have seen that lots of people mess up in this part of RP so I plan to go through with HRT and make sure that their training that makes proper RP so that everyone can benefit better with the RP because as I have seen the RP in all organisations has greatly fallen off because of RP commands. I also want to improve the RP between officers and gang members since I want to make sure my officers understand if doors are locked they can't just jump out the car and same with if the gang members have taken their radio they cant use it unless instructed to by gang members.
2. I will improve the training in SWAT because as in recent terms SWAT training has greatly fallen off with it occuring only 1 or 2 per 2 weeks and I plan to especially make connections with NG since they are one of the most important legal organisations and they will be very valuable to have as friends which will overall promote the RP in both LSPD and NG. I also plan to have more LSPD coming to events since recently they have had low numbers at events and I want to improve this within SWAT.
3. I also want to implement a new system for strikes where if an officer gets 3 strikes they will get demoted instead of fired and will face retraining with HRT as I found this is very effective for RP and keeps people inside the organisation keeping activity high overall for LSPD. I will make sure that HRT does a face to face training with them making sure that they are told true information and that they reflect upon why they got the strikes and learn what they did wrong to improve their own RP and the orgs RP.
