Hello,
my problem: I bought a freight train on February 27th, 2022. When I came back the next day, it was simply put back into the auction.
In the meantime, I have learned from the admins and the tech supporter that the train has to be delivered every day, but nobody could tell me on February 27th, 2022
or I could look somewhere. e.g. with a house or bunker you pay daily rent the only thing i saw with the freight train was that it leaves daily at 8 p.m. but that you lose it directly without supplying it is really disappointing, because you go into a family for example directly gets a 10-page description of everything.

The reason why I am complaining about the tech support (crazy M) is because he simply says that it is logical and that it is described how to deal with the family business although it is not so.
When I spoke to an admin ingame he said it might be possible to get a refund because the train was owned by someone else.
I hope that you will find a common denominator and that everyone will be happy again.

Hey. In case if you lost your business because of you - we don't compensate anything. It's your responsibility.​
