Hi, my account got blocked for 60 days because of reason gen 1.9 is wrong Apt# 1242 is my apartment 2 days back I transferred this apartment to my son for 300K temporarily as I wanted to make space to purchase another house but that deal did not go through so I got my apartment back today again by my son. and two times I did this one 2 days back when I gave the apartment to my son and today when I took it back and both times I paid 50% of the state value with tax deducted so where I am wrong can you please explain?

I did not evade any tax system as when you are selling an account it already mentions that you cannot sell the apartment for less than 50% of the state value so the state value for my apartment was 500K and I sold it to my son for 300K.

I had no intention of evading the Tax system or breaking any rule if something might have happened unintentionally I did not do anything on purpose and all of a sudden I got the message that my account got blocked if I had to avoid the tax system then I would have sold to 1000 or less than 10000.

this is not a complaint against any admin or anything I tried to call other admins so that I could explain but they did not want to show up or listen to all they told me just make an admin complaint.

This could be a misunderstanding on both of our sides or maybe I have made a mistake or missed something unintentionally so please look into this request i have never done anything like this it has been only 20 days since I started playing this game so can you please look into this matter. cause I have 2 apartments and 1 house in my name and I will lose everything by this period. so please can someone look into this matter for me?

I don't know what to say waiting since the afternoon just for 1 admin to respond to my messages. I tried to contact admins multiple times but the only response I get is to go to the forum or stop flooding i just wanted to explain my situation but no one was willing to help or listen.

I just want to understand where did i do wrong.

1. The apartment I Purchased was already my apartment since I already had 3 apartments and wanted to buy a house so I told my son to take this apartment and keep it with him for some time i even gave him the money to buy it from me.

2. in-game it is mentioned that you can't sell your apartment for less than 50% of the state value so I gave him 300K to buy it from me and Government tax got deducted. Again Second time after 2 days I took back my apartment from him for 50% of the state value amount and paid my taxes. And he gave me back my remaining money since he doesn't play this game very often.

3. now my account is blocked for 60 days for tax evasion if I wanted to evade the tax, I would have sold this for 50K, and the rest I take as cash. The game itself says that we can sell the apartment for 50% of the state value then where did I make a mistake for Gen 1.9? I am confused. if that was not allowed then it should mention that don't sell anything less than state value.

4. I need to make insurance for the apartment and house if not I will lose them I am very new to this game only 20 days maybe I don't know much of the rules and did something punishable but that was not my intention to do so to break any rules of the game and this is my very first offense and without warning, I just got blocked like this. At least give me a warning or fine or something so that I will be careful next time but no one in the game wants to listen. I was trying so hard to contact admin to explain this but to my surprise, none helped me.

Losing everything just because of this small mistake is very unfair to me.

I don't know what to say more but I can't hustle anymore to earn money and grind my ass off for that if any admin can read this and help me I shall be thankful to you otherwise good luck with your gaming experience.
