Life Story:
Kakashi was born in a criminal family who lived in ghetto and got used to crime, criminals, and guns in his childhood. Due to all the bad things that happened in his childhood he dreamed to become one of his dreams which was to stop this circulation of being dangerous criminals and to protect his family in ghetto . But unfortunately one day his members of family got killed in front of his eyes all the anger turned to him take revenge and protect others to not die in the same way his family was murdered. The only Kakashi want that to become a LEO and protect the criminal family like his.
Career Story:
When Kakashi turned 18, he decided to join NG to show his skills he gained while he lived with his family and the NGs liked his skills and mindset which made him liked by everyone in NG. With time rolling Tate gained ranks and everyone around him liked what he was doing and the shooting skills he had .At NG he met on of the best General Mia herbyy who was impressed by his skill. One day he became he Major of NG because of his Hard work and now he decided to his main job which was the real reason to join NG ,to protect the gang families like he had .
Outcomes:
1- Kakashi can torture/interrogate/kill for information or use truth serum (using /try command
2- Kakashi can destroy devices like bodycam and radios and can find hidden ones with /try command and /do
3- Kakashi can take bribes up to ( 100K and Guns ) To help people escape.
4- Kakashi can use illegal weapons on/off duty and can sell illegal weapons that he picked up off gang/family members.
5- Kakashi can off-road in any SUV or 4 Door vehicle. (RP driving, no rule breaks).
6- Kakashi can arrest someone for fake charges/capture them if he severely dislikes them, or for revenge. (within sufficient RP reasons, and nothing too severe)
7- Kakashi can lie about the request of a lawyer and not show his ID to any suspect.
8- Kakashi can let suspects go free if they're in his family or his friends and can also aid them in escaping.
9- Kakashi Can kill people if they refused to bribe him for his safety of snitching.
10- Kakashi can engage in any criminal activities/break state laws while on or off duty.
