Life Growing up
Wraith grew up the oldest of 4. He is one of the 3 Brothers. His Family has a single sister that they treated like a queen. Wraith Didn't grow up in the most stable conditions. They didn't have the nicest of homes. They grew up in a small apartment out of Detriot where gangs were at an all-time high. Wraith didn't like the cops growing up. So Wraith's Dad told him one day... If you don't like them join them and make a change. So that is what he did. He started in the LSPD and transferred over to FIB shortly after joining LSPD.
First Actions in the city
When Wraith first came to the city he started off with a job in LSPD. In which he got the job as an LSPD commander of FTO at just 22 years old. Wraith Acceded at his position and began to work his way up. After just some time the LSPD disbanded cause the leader left the city. He then transferred to FIB and got the position as a 00 Agent. they then got dropped to Head supervisor due to multi-department transfer.
Before joining NG
Wraith wanted to get his life back on track so he decided to go legal. He enlisted in the army then quickly became a Major General. He worked very hard at becoming a successful man in the city. The general saw him as a dedicated man and one hinder in his way to his current position. Wraith leads the 101st Airborne division for the national guard.
Wraith's Emotional life.
Wraith has not always been stable mentally. He is very sad and down most of the time because of work. He sees some bad things every day that people shouldn't have to see.He feels bad for people quite often and shows a great amount of Empathy. He also has a lot of trouble taking punishment actions because he feels bad for the other person.
Outcomes:
1-Wraith can take bribes up to 100k
2-Wraith can carry NG weapons/gear off duty but not store
3-Wraith can take weapons off of people for a personal benefit (Make them drop it)
4-Wraith can use illegal weapons on duty/off duty (Heavy sniper , xxx weapon , etc.)
