The organization that is conducting the event:
Blood
The story is based around a crazy doctor who is supported by the state of Los Santos and is going to produce a virus to wipe out most of the world
This is because Virus is produced in human laboratories, and the individuals of the state of Los Santos will protect the insane person from the people who want to kill him in order to save the world from an end. Thus, the police, the army, the FBI, and anyone inside the city must protect the doctor, no matter who he is.
Vehicles/weapons needed:
Revolvers for everyone
Armor for everyone
Ubermacht X5 (GO5) for gangs and state
Admin Requirements:
Spawn Cars for LEOS and Gangs
Give Revolvers and Ammunition to Everyone
Give Everyone Armors
Rules of the event: no patching and no armor.
