2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
Ans1.SAHP has always been a great organisation, I have good leadership skills, great communication and team handling, and I thought I could put that to good use by applying.
Ans2.I have a good amount of experience in both legal and illegal organisations, I can use that to boost my leadership. A
Ans3.I can keep calm in intense situations, handle and more.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
Ans1. I will make sure that SAHP is active and performing RP in my absence.
Ans2. Keeping an active organisation is important so SAHP will hire citizens from all time zones and make sure everyone shows activeness.
Ans3. Everybody should have decent communication skills
Ans4. Follow all orders from seniors and learn from them
Ans5. We will keep Multiple Departments so that everything is organised
My Departments:
H.P. (Highway Police)-They will make sure every citizen follows the laws.
H.R. (Human Resources)-They will be the ones who will be hired from all time zones so SAHP will be hiring 24/7.
I.R. (Internal Affairs)-Their duty will be to make sure that every trooper is following rules.
S.W.A.T. (Special Weapons and Tactics)-They will bust cannabis, the first response to any situation.
