1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
I want to help and improve the gameplay, make a better community to play a fair Roleplay for all. I love to help people improve and survive in the rp world. Grand RP have Always new things to do, always something to do. Whether it's any section crime or state it have different things to explore i have been to both side and got experience i was in admin team before and now I want to join back and want to take a fresh start.
2. What are your strengths?
a. I have leadership skills I was 2 times leader in state and deputy of Crime.
b. I am always calm in stressful situations so I can find quick solutions in complicated situations.
c. fast learner
d. last but not least I am hardworking and dedicated towards the work that is assigned to me.
3. What are your greatest weaknesses?
1. Overthinking
2. Sometime Trust wrong ones
3. lack of patience when I'm much excited for something
4. What skills can you bring to the admin team?
the first basic skill is team orientation i can be team oriented and can help admins as well as player with their work and issues respectively and also I can properly guide the newcomers on their queries, so they become clear on rules and don't break rules. Last but not least I am a social person, I can become friends with people easily and this will help me to influence people to not to break rules and maintain a fair RP for everyone.
5.Will you be ready to sell your business?
Yes (I don't have any)
6. Any IRL issue or situation that is preventing you from being active at the moment or any time soon?
No, but recently I was met with accident for which a was inactive for past few days but I'm doing good now.
7. Anything else we should take into consideration, or we should know for your application?
previously when i was admin i did a small mistake for which i got removed from admin team which i didn't knew as i was very new that time to the team i cleared the 2nd interview as well all. later on, when i talked with Adham sir about that issue then i got to know that i was removed from team without blacklist that time and now all i request is for a second chance.
