Life Story:
Joe grew up in a poor household, there was food and a roof over his head, but that was about the best he could get.
He always dreamed about a life where he was in charge, but he was not good at public speaking. From his early childhood, he keeps tripping over his words, definitely during stressful times. But that never stopped him. When he turned 19, he tried to run DOC, he had been working there for quite a while. But he just couldn't handle the noisy prisoners, so he executed them in private, hoping they wouldn't find out. This went on for a month or so, then 1 day, 2 officers caught him in the act. He was fired on the spot and charged with terrorism.
During his time in solidation, he got shock therapy. That did not only adjust the way he thought, it changed the way he behaved. He always became honest, easily confused, but not easier to handle. He was on edge, mood changes could happen very quickly. He would never insult anybody, but he was angry.
5 years later, he came out, everybody thought he was chill. But he was only chill from the outside. Inside was a desire, a desire to get everything he wanted and everybody should obey him. "Why don't they look up when they speak to me? Like im 10 stories tall and they are weak to me?" he said.
Then he found out that his favorite fishing spot was now illegal to fish there. He said he's gonna do everything to change this.
He knew with his troubled past he couldn't get into any legal work anymore, so he tried illegal stuff, but being talked down to, that made him more and more furious.
He tried to be nice, hoping things would change, and he still believes that he can change the world.
In his journey to change the laws around the pond, Joe tried protesting, with no luck.
He doesn't know what to do anymore, the only way people will listen is through terrorism, he believes.
Outcomes:
1- Joe can't lie.
2- Joe is very polite untill he asks something and doesnt get what he want, then he can start to cry or get annoyed.
3- Can recruit people temporarily to a terrorist organization (until RP scene is over)
4- Can give unrealistic demands during hostage situations (like make the pond legal or hostages get hurt, since it it unrealistic, he can never get it his way, purly for RP reasons)
5- May kill any hostage
6- when driving while being annoyed/scared or ruthless, can ruthlessly drive on grass and offroad (no mountains with normal car).
