Rejected Demorgan for ER 1.18 | Arthur miguel

Hello to the person reading this.
Got demorgan for the ER 1.18 that says and i quote "It is forbidden to use places that cannot be accessed by foot or ladder when event already started and it is not allowed to use highground such as highways which are not accessible from inside the event once it has started. | Jail 120 min".
I can go to the roof from inside the circle event , just have to leave the zone for about 2 to 3 seconds nothing more, u can climb and go to my spot

This is the POV going through the zone u can notice where i am its already inside (as u can see i m not in the event just doing to show how to go there when u inside the zone)

I m doing this complaint because i climbed this roof before never got punished for that so i dont understand this punishment, hope someone can clarify my doubts.

Proper decision taken, area must be fully accessible from inside and outside zone and that area has been announced a long time now that is forbidden to use.
