Hello Mazhor.
I am making this complaint about the chief admin El PEPE. It doesn't follow the rules of the server. It refuses complaints except that there is nothing to do with the GRP server(s). Let me explain, I was an LSPD deputy and I get kicked out of the organization without a valid reason by the administrators because in my discord bio I had an old link from a fiveM project that doesn't do RP but was in car racing.
I agree with me that I get sanctioned for the GRP discord on this. But this was fired for a reason of rule 3.1 Officer. I strongly disagree.
This is a rules for leader :
Rules for Leaders
1. General Information.
1.1 The minimum duration of leadership is at least 30 days, otherwise the leader is removed from his position while banning his game account for 3 days. If the leader leaves office for serious reasons, he is then removed without banishment and his position is transferred to a trusted deputy (or other non-commissioned officer) or a new candidacy will be opened.
1.2 It is forbidden to use the organization's warehouse for personal use.
1.3 When appointed to his position, the leader has the right to freeze the faction for 24 hours.
1.4 The leader of a criminal organization (gangs) is entitled to have 4 deputies (9th rank).
1.5 The head of a government organization (and LifeInvader) is entitled to have 2 deputies (9th rank).
1.6 Only officers and assistants (9th rank) are considered to be the senior managers of the organization.
1.7 The head of the organization has the right to dismiss employees from his or her
organization if he has lost all confidence in them, with the approval of the senior trustees of the organization.
1.8 The leader may take a freeze of his faction for 12 to 24 hours once per term, with the approval of the senior trustees of the organization.
1.9 Each leader must organize a global event at least once every 2 weeks.
2. Responsibilities.
2.1 Comply with server rules.
2.2 Maintain a minimum of 2 hours of daily online time.
2.3 Do not allow any provocative and conflictual situation between the members of your organization.
2.4 Listen to and respect the requirements of the trustees of your organization.
3. Prohibitions.
3.1 Play on other RP/RPG projects for GTA V and SAMP, in any position (leader, administrator, etc.)
3.2. Play on an additional account (twinkie) for the opposite sphere of your organization.
3.3 Behaving inappropriately (conflict, insubordination, etc.). Toxicity is strictly prohibited.

So I repeat to myself, I was Deputy and not Leader. So why have such a heavy sanction for an oversight on my part. This chief admin is just happy to put sanctions on active and respectful players in the RP. This is done to mess up the image on the French GRP server.
I don't take into account the poor quality of some other server administrators. There is advertising with some streamers to bring people back to the French server, but with the inefficiency of the administrators in the RP this does not inplace new players stayed on this server and made more and more people leave who had been there for a long time.
