2.2 I will create best turf and graffiti team so that everyone can collect 10k+ profit each our from graffiti and turf team will score in turf days so I will get 100% on my term ..

2.3 leader is the main key to run the gang without warn I see many gang disband in 7-8 days due to any reason but I have work on them to complete my fully term I work on my gang with my member and maintain coordination with them and try to avoid no toxicity in gang..

2.4 I will hire people in gang who know the basic rules and gang rules so can it will can't get any warn to gang .. minimum level 5+ in city ..
