Life Story:Kakashi was born in a middle class family,before his birth they moved into a small apartment in ghetto while he's father was always at work and in the free time he used to hangout with gangs and made some friends who taught him about shooting escaping situations easily and he mastered the ability of manupilating anyone with his words and made some gangleader his bestfriends after that he worked in a burger shop where he used to earn for make for living and then one day he got into a fight with his mates John named when he made fun of kakashi's financial position afterwards he left working there and started working with gansgters and started illegal activities like robbing people for living,killing opponent gangs and taking hostages and killing the LEO/People whom came in his path.
Career Story:After being a gangster for a long time kakashi's parents suggest him to work as police officer and live a peaceful life, after this he changed his name and identity and applied to become a police officer after much hardwork and trials he was selected for LSPD interview and passed it with 70/100 marks in it, then he went away for training to mount chillad after the hardwork of 4 months he got promoted to rank Senior Officer and got posted in city he worked hard for 5-6 years and became 14th Leader of LSPD but one day he got to know that his old enemy John murdered his family and burned their house,as a Chief of Police he couldnt do anything that time and after his leaderhip he left lso santos for sometime due to depression and now he came back to take his revenge after getting to know to Kakashi's story Willian invited him to join FIB as Deputy Director and as kakashi was gangster he knows how to take revenge without letting the enemies know and his gonna use his skills for corruption.
Outcomes:
