Rejected do we have to make a thread to have a female character in the game?

do we have to make a thread to have a female character in the game? Cuz on the german u gotta do a biography how u became trans to be able to play on the server, otherwise you will be switched to a male character even if youre a girl who has microphone issues. This happened on Server 1 Germany to me and now the Biography Application time is closed, they can choose who can be transgender/female and who doesent lol. I just want to know if thats how it works around here, or is it just this particulary server? I would like to complain somewhere, if it isnt.
