• ID 18669 will receive a punishment for 1.8 If a gang member gets chased by cops/gangs, he cannot get back to his HQ for 5 minutes​
• Under no circumstance can you run back to your HQ after starting conflicts with other groups. We view this as ruleplay and it will not be tolerated.​
