I dont know if this is the right place to post this but i hope you can help me and my friend

He got ban on the forum site since almost 3 and a half months for spamming.

He is very sorry for the fault he did and would be very happy to get the chance to send new forums.
he is often in a situation but cant do anything about it because of the forum ban.
