Both FailRP, the driver rams me whilst I'm on foot, the passenger jumps out and begins shooting without demands whatsoever. They are clearly cop baiting and just ram our vehicle to begin with.

1. you are blocking the car
2. You say stop the vehicle and I have the right to shoot you there.
