2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
-> 1> I want Los Santos Vagos to be On Top specially for my term because i have other gang experiences too and Vagos is being treated like kids gang.
I will target for +150 Members at the end of Freeze and +60 members on the Start of the Term.
2> Its always my passion to be a Crime Leader and i've already got my team of Turfers and Deputies to take max profits for graffiti and 100% truf for this term.
I want to leave my name by the end of this term. Its been 14 years i have experienced as Gang Member.
I also became HIGH COMMAND and DEPUTY at early age because of my experience.
3> I will implement a thorough interviewing and acceptance system to minimise the warning rate within our organisation. Before joining, prospective members will undergo a series of 5 questions covering general rules, Ghetto rules, event rules,etc. In my term gang will have 12 Ranks and minimum age to join Gang will be 15
There will be no Toxicity against all the citizens in the city but those who mess with us we will not forgive them. I also admit that there will be no one in the gang who
is High Command or Deputy without knowing rules or he/she my friend so became Deputy or HC. People have to gain experience in order to get ranks. No Politics will
be tolerated by me.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
-> Vagos Will do daily FZ, Store or Gun Store Robbery, Encashment
-> Max Profits will be shared once we win the event.
-> Max numbers will attend cland as i assure bonus before entring the cland event.
-> No Toxic people allowed.
-> Everyone has to work hard to get their ranks.
-> Members will be given guns, ammo and armor and money as Bonuses so they can attend events more happily as many of them are afraid of loosing guns when killed.
-> daily ghetto clap as the guns being given by the HCs or Deputies
-> i will closely watch every person acitvity as at the end i am Leader.
