Bloods Street Gang is known for its criminal history throughout the city. As a leader I will continue to corrupt the city with violence and promote criminal activities to civilians. Throughout my time in the city I have made friends and met family who will encourage me in my journey of my 2nd leadership as I am also a current vagos deputy. I will ensure activity with my contacts with families and friends I have made along my criminal journey. Equality within the organisation is a key part to completing a successful term with the inclusion of bonus systems and discarding favouritism. My experienced high commands will guarantee their attendance to each event to show our activity as an organisation. Activity within the organisation will be recognised and members will receive great rewards. I would also like to take leadership to display the power that criminal organisations uphold and put LEO’s into their proper place.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
Maintaining proper RolePlay is a key term that each organisation should obtain. Throughout the city I have seen many non rp actions that criminals have been doing. In my leadership those who breach rules will be placed under our disciplinary system which can lead to demotions and a further blacklist. Another way I can improve RolePlay includes constantly recruiting new members to maintain our activity as an organisation. Those who attend events will receive bonuses and become a known member throughout the gang. Event such as Store robberies, NG raids, battleship, hostage situations will not only improve the Roleplay within the organisation but will improve the Roleplay for law enforcement as they are busy with our events.
