Life Story: -
Sam grew up in India, where he witnessed multiple crimes daily. His father was never around but one of his arresting officer saw the struggles and the situation the kid was dealt. He had come too close to wasting his life away with charges and gangs. Sam understood that the things he was doing was wrong, but it was his way to survive. As Sam l grew up, he was struggling to find an outlet for his skills in weapons and street knowledge. He was approached on the corner of his block by an old friend--his old probation officer--who offered him a chance at a new life: one at which would put him and his mother in a stable position if he left those streets behind and helped on a few cases as an undercover agent for law enforcement . When Sam was backed into a corner of success or failure, he took the leap and decided to accept the offer. The streets had just prepared him to be one of the best LEO marksmen and highest arrest counts ever listed.
Career Story: -
Sam mother passed away soon after he got out of training. This led Sam to his old ways, taking anger out on cuffed criminals and taking small bribes from repeat offenders. One night, he arrested an unknown mafia leader for money. The rest of the mafia got word and kidnapped him; they knew about his skills and let him go with the message "you owe us, you owe us lots of favors, we'll see you soon". Without his mother to keep him stable, Sam ultimately went headfirst into the hands of the mafia. Once IA caught wind of a bribery poorly covered up by Sam he was pulled in for questioning. 3 days, 5 hours and 23 minutes later (35 seconds added up), Sam confessed all his wrongdoings; including how he wished that his mother were still alive so she could keep him stable and out of trouble. Internal Affairs used Sam to take down the Mafia, which for Sam came as a deal. That deal was to either go back to the streets to his mother's old, abandoned house or move cross country and be implemented into SAHP a state-of-the-art precinct in Los Santos. All he had to do was change his ways. Sam took the job to be saved from the Mafia's street goons that would surely get him if he went home. Surrounded by new faces, Sam was once again a model officer. However, the Mafia leader broke out of prison and located Sam; he announced plans to bring back the Mafia--but needed Sam help first . Over time, Sam learned how to cover up his criminal activity better...leading him to become corrupt once again--but this time around with a newfound loyalty toward his criminal organization and bending laws certainly won't stand in his way."
Outcomes :
1. Sam due to his experience in concealing his identity and fears of being identified, can destroy his ID using /try (max 2 tries per situation).
2. Due to Sam opinion of being underpaid and his past of living check to check, he can accept cash bribes (up to $100,000).
3. Due to Sam belief that cops are underpaid and need extra money to survive and pay off their debts, Sam may take guns and ammunition from the deceased, trade or buy personal and black market items (no looting of government items or shootouts)
4. Due to Sam opinion on the rich only get richer and the poor will be more likely to get poorer, mostly leading to rich getting away with more Sam can lower, raise, and/or remove fines (up to 100k) and prison time as he wants too.
5. Sam loyalty to the Mafia who saved his life allows Khalil to free the Mafia family from prison (Darknet Once a Day).
6.sam may use illegal weapons (XXX) or (Repainted) weapons.
7.With his hugely lucrative criminal activity and ruthless Mafia ties, Sam can be involved in any criminal activity and break state laws (within a valid RP reason) on or off duty .
8. Due to Sam past, he is very self-conscious and bordering on impossible to hide things from him. Body-worn cameras (hidden or visible) can be found and destroyed by using the /try command (twice per situation).
9. Due to Sam stealing skills and general knowledge of the location of spare SAHP radios, Khalil stole the SAHP radio. Sam can use and listen to the radio in his free time
10. Since Sam has a spare radio, he may leak intel about special missions to gang members by texting them or calling while on-duty or off-duty.
