2. He clearly did Meta Gaming at 5:42 his friends are waiting at DOC. He cut POV and trying to Deceive Administration.
3. His friend 95196 did CR at 5:45 + GZ 1.1 at 5:54 + Gen Rule 6.2 at 6:33.

As a fibbb so called (under deputy) you should know that you cant force someone to show passport he have right to say no (exception - there is any rp situation or illegal activities going on). You dont know it, so as a ex fib i m teaching you little boi. Remember it for next time.
