When shooting a player and killing him, I drive to loot him and as I step out ID 39137 fully rams me, hops out and shoots me. He took advantage of the VDM as I was in the animation of getting up. When telling him to stop car ramming he says "I hit you once" which just shows he owned up to the car ram and did it on purpose to have a higher advantage in the shootout. In the beginning of the video you could even see him trying to VDM ID 5942, which shows this person is a repetitive car rammer. This is all I had to say and hopefully you consider a punishment so a situation like this doesn't occur again.

you was seen using your vehicle to run over a pedestrian on the video you are clearly turning you wheel to aim for him on foot and state i hit you once proving you was aware he was there
