Leader introduction: I Think i should be offered given the bloods leadership position is because of all my past history in illegal organizations and how wonderfully experienced I am. Also with way more past experience then anyone else leading and helping former leaders and deputies run there illegal organizations with tons of org members, and no trouble being made . Becoming a leader comes with competition, challenges on there shoulders. With all of these challenges chasing you it turns a leader into a way better leader and makes them stand out from everyone else and also improving them self's, when a leader improves all the followers / group
start to improve.
Leader should always follow these rules ( Learning a lot of new things from there members in the organization - Putting in hard work and improving them self's and the Organization )
[ 1 ] : Becoming a leader Means Alot to me because i have been playing grand roleplay for 3 years. You must start off with, who will be chosen to be your right hand man and who will be your deputies including your high command who are willing to put in the work and fill in all your duties with passion and not someone who does not care about the organization. [ example: you host a store robbery and don't hand out ammo, most people are gonna be left dead or arrested and you need people who are gonna be able to hand that out ] on your command and high command who are there to do that duties and care about the gang. With a lot of people in a organization it will impossible to lead if you don't have any good manual communication or task making cooperation skills. Leading a organization will leave you with more then 300+ members who are depending on there life on you to show them that your a true leader in there face who is willing to puts in hard work and take time from his day to provide to them and effort in the challenges and responsibilities you have as a leader. You got to make sure everyone is getting the same treatment and respect as your high command because without that everyone would be fighting and leave then scratching there head if your a good leader or not. As a leader you must take ideas from your fellow followers and use them to improve your self and your organization because crime leaders do need that sometimes. As we all do mistakes in life, we must learn and me being a leader of bloods, if one of us makes a mistake its all on us and we all must improve together and take any incoming competition coming our way from other organizations crime or legal.
2: As it is coming from a person who has been playing grand roleplay for 3 Real life years im 100% safe to say Its easy to improve roleplay if you have the advanced knowledge with a group of people who believe your Roleplay thinking and you got them their to support your Ideas you got to share. When you do FRP In a situation for an example you will surly have some people from the organization and out of it calling out the mistakes you did and try to help you and others might report straight away. As a former 2X deputy for crime orgs i have the ability as a leader to make sure i know who im putting in the gang and who knows what they are doing to the point where we have no warnings. I know me and my organization will be 100% ready for any competition that comes towards and near us for sure!
I know i will be getting alot of people in my Crime organization because i have a lot of connections and i know people who will be able to put in a lot of work and effort in the org.

Notes: My last bloods application was accepted and went in for the interview but failed some questions and now im 100% sure i know all the answers to the questions and confident ill pass.
