hi how are you today i am making this as i was ban for a redux i didnt know i could not have i am very very sorry for this as i didnt know of the rule change i have now got a new redux that is illegal now with rain day an night you can pc check me at anytime please as i have made many friends i play with on a day to day and i love this city would not wanna be anywhere else please understand that i respect this project 100% an play for more then 15 hrs a day so i am sitting here asking you to either please pc check me too see for yourself or less my ban as this is my first time this happend and im very sorry please understand i love this game this city en1 this will never happen again I promise you this from the top of my hart please thanks for your time and and i am so sorry it will never happen again your player and fan of en1 yours truly leon stormy

Hello. I am posting here because I am involved now as the guy is accusing me of deceiving admins.

Aa you can see the one who created the report is actually deceiving admins (317912) so he should also be punished for that.

He deceived Jessica by saying he got mercy killed by 78364 while here is POV that shows 78364 did not mercy kill, he was finished off after fighting in ghetto several times. Then Jessica punished 78364 as a result of his deceit.

Luminous/Glow mean same thing btw. All I did was highlight your illegal glowing effect of redux and the punishment etc is fully upto admins.

Luminous/glowing reduxes/effects are legal referring the the redux rules if they have changed once again please show proof
