Hello dear mazhor I have been Perma banned for insulting someone in club chat I regret what I did, and I want to apologize and will make sure that will not happen again I have been banned for almost 1 month now I hope that I can get unbanned and forgiven today thanks for reading best regards Araa Broddy 124829. I was first banned 30 days then it turned into a permanent ban.
