Hi, so there was a guy that listed something up, and then i contacted him, i tried to negotiate and he told me that i negotiate like a child and started insulting me a bit, then i started insulting him back harder, which i shouldn't have done at the time, and i feel like at that time i didn't really think about what i have done, and im truly sorry for the person that i insulted and for wasting the administrators time. (Cannot provide proof that he insulted me first since im ban, thank you.)
