I got placed in handucffs by this FIB officer who somehow knew me the LSPD officer also knew me, after I had changed clothing and I was wearing a mask.
the FIB agent ID: 108917 has also placed me in handcuff and grabbed me by the arm whilst I was sitting down

anyways i will be posting my POV here, but never heard of any rule saying "you cant cuff someone when they are sitting", you were given multiple demands and you resisted,
And i was not even with LSPD, i just responded to an ATM robbery, saw a juglar being chased, so i joined the chase to assist PD, and i can always use my pda to connect it with Cell tower to check nearby sim cards, so i just checked you as you were in the LOC where the suspect was last scene and you were 4 star wanted, that was my reason to do so...
I arrested you twice yesterday, he tries his best, but fails everytime

From OOC Rule Standpoint there was nothing wrong here. IRL Officers can restrain a person sitting down. From OOC ruleset they had all rights to see your identification, you were the only person anywhere nearby. They didnt say "you are frenchy", they said "we are searching for frenchy". To assume that afterwards when youre the only suspect in the area is not metagaming in my eyes. You refusing to identify yourself gives (from OOC Rules) probable cause to arrest you (State Rule 6.10). As a headsup, since in my eyes its not applying to this situation since visual contact was broken for a longer time, but just changing clothings and pretending to be another person may result in FailRP.

We are only here to look at OOC Rulebreaks, this has nothing to do with IC laws so feel free to sue the officer.​
