2.Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
1) I was deputy of Vagos and was member of other gangs. Vagos is a very important gang for the ghetto and always popular and with my experience and support behind me, I know I’ll make Vagos the best gang again.
2) since I've been a Deputy before I know how to tackle situation's and how to take care of activities .To make sure gang does all activities required by our curator's and to follow all the given server rule's and follow all turf rules to make sure we have some good RP together with some good turf season.
3) I would like to lead Vagos gang because I have enjoyed being in criminal Organisations and after so much experience I consider myself a good leader due to my previous expertise in city and in the crime scene. I will make sure the gang I'm leading will excell at every single thing we're going to be a part of from gangs vs gangs, gangs vs LEOs, turfs, and also all the events! when it comes to turfs I really look forward to making it a healthy competitive environment for everyone turfing, I would make some recommendations on how to approach turfs and maybe allow newer players who are less likely to join turfs actually join turfs and try playing. I know I have the leadership skills to lead a gang to success, especially when it comes to the gang that I'm so familiar with. And the people that I would bring would be the people who are equally skilled on leading and organizing a gang together, which would only promise success.
3.Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
1) I would say gangs should be more healthy when it comes to RP all together, starting from robberies and hostage situations. I've seen many gangs just powergame a lot of game rules and make it unforgiving and unfair towards the other side. I would do my best to make sure my members have the same level of RP as a legal org members. Best advice to improve roleplay is to have an adequate recruiting protocol and make sure that every person involved understands all rules, especially server rules as I've seen too many gangs disband over the most simple things.
2) we will make a system to train our fellow member's to follow the rules and to implement a system by which even our newest member would be able to learn RP from fellow member's as they'll always be led by someone who knows all the rules and would always be there to support them.
3) Make RP more healthy in gang vs LEOs events. I don't want to be a leader who will give 5 seconds to every LEO there is when it comes to gun stores and 24/7. I want to give proper and equal RP on both sides no matter the outcome of the situation. Make ghetto more active, including scheduled gang wars where gangs would pick a spot and meet there for an all out brawl.
