I made warning shots for him to go and he still didn't so me and my friends killed him. Also in real life, you wouldn't hover over the person that is littereally shooting you, you would run away. He didn't ran so that is also baiting. He also didn't took the entire thing, where I didn't shoot and aimed at him as an "Leave" (I couldn't verbally say it to him as he was littereally in a helicopter.)
I talked to him and he was no help. We were littereally protecting a solar panel that we took control from them which is why they were trying to retrieve it.
And my heavy sniper + 21heavy bullets in it, AP pistol + about 80 pistol bullets got removed.

I will also use his POV to make it more clear & because I also forgot to start my recording at that time.
