Rejected Blacklist & Unban Appeal GR 6.9 | Steph Silverburn & James Pluxury

I was a SAHP officer with a valid corrupt role-play biography, I was robbing a suspect and then I demanded him to take off his clothes with the intention of torturing him (Which is approved in my bio) making him feel cold and terrified of my torturing, but instantly got demorganed for UB demands proof: https://youtu.be/j-Y6aDd_ygg. The day after that, I got reported for UB Demands and GR 6.9. I then eventually got banned for 7 days for GR 6.9 ( It is restricted to do any sexual actions in relation to any person. ) proof: https://imgur.com/a/231eASt. A day before that I did an admin complaint because I got punished for UB demands in a whole other situation not knowing that it was UB. Soon after, James Pluxury rejected my complaint replying "You are blacklisted from all state organizations for your behavior" proof: https://gta5grand.com/forum/threads/587984/.

To break it down:
Basically, I got reported for GR 6.9, where I believe I didn't do any sexual actions towards anyone.
Also my intentions (in the YT video I provided) was to kill the guy naked in the bushes so no one can see him, and I get caught.
I believe I didn't do any sexual actions because:
1. I didn't do any kind/form of emotes
2. I didn't say anything sexual
3. My intentions as I stated before was to make more RP in the situation by making my suspect feel cold and terrified.

For the blacklist:
I got blacklisted from SAHP which I don't mind.
But I was concerned about the "Blacklisted from all state organization".

To Mazhor:
So please check why should I be blacklisted from all state organizations.
Please also check why should I get banned for 7 days when I did NO sexual actions towards anyone.
