I did not use OBS or any kind of software. I was just using Windows default recording by pressing Win+Alt+R. I did not use any kind of software and i was just driving ARD Officer car so any kind of cheat cannot be usable at that moment. I did not use OBS or any kind of software. I can't even edit it. I can't even clip it. I had to upload a video which is longer than one hour because of that. So the point is i was just using Windows default recording by pressing Win+Alt+R and i can't even edit it. It is not even clipable.

And i am so sorry if windows is not allowed. I thought it is allowed because i could not even clip it and it was default recording for windows and not a addition. I am sorry for this again if i am wrong. I won't use windows game bar again.
