Hello I got warn for DM in the city + UB demands on this report Approved - UB demands and RDM at TV Station | 126487

in this thread, in this same situation, we gave demands and killed him you can see in that thread that the admin rejected
but as I know we can give demands before valuable time and we can kill him. and iam asking please refund my painted guns back and ammos

In TV station you can't give demands before the chute spawns, neither you can kill anyone . You can only kill directly at XX:00 when the chute spawns.

then why are so many admins not sure about this rule i thought admins were telling you can give demands before chut spawns
