it dosnt matter what happend 1 minute before, its not that kind of situation. its clear rdm, shooting in city not allowed

After analyzing the evidence, I have decided to Accept this report.
ID 1370 Will be punished for Gen rule 6.15 However,
Thread owner ID 17487 Will be punished for GZ 1.3
(as suspect start shooting at you, out off the barricade which is not GZ, but when suspect start shoot you cam inside barricades which is GZ)
